Hi folks:

First-As we come into the holiday season, I would like to say thanks to
all of you. As friends and participants, you have been a blessing. I
hope this Christmas holiday is a wonderful time for you.

Last night I was on the phone with a woman who is a single mom, two
children, working at Home Depot. Her desire is to have another $500 per
month. As I listened to her consider the $49 signup price(That ends
this month.), she said "No Dunkin Donuts this month." And I realized
that that was the key. Sometimes we have to be willing to give up part
of an old lifestyle to accomplish a new one. This has been a difficult
time for some of you and a difficult season.
In the last 3 months I have read 3 books of interest.

The first was Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It required major
thought process shifting. Then I read his co-authored book with Donald
Trump, Two Men, One Vision. Again My mind was pounded. The third book
was Cracking The Millionaire Code by Mark Hansen. It speaks of
enlightened businesses which are centered around giving and helping and
serving for the betterment of the world. This had many challenges as
well.

And one of the the things all three books discussed was having an
income that works outside of you, a residual income. They mentioned
companies like Pre-Paid Legal as a source of education for changing
your income stream as well as an income.

There are three positions a person can take with Pre-Paid Legal. One is
to simply be a friend and refer people to us. The second is to have a
membership and that helps our ministry(Which is now giving to 6
organizations.) and us. The third is to take part in the business

People are need ing our product. For instance in Vermont only a few
days ago, the state of Vermont posted doctors and health professional's
social security numbers in error. They offered them monthly credit
reports. Credit reports will not fix a damaged or stolen identity. Our

ID Theft Shield

Hi folks:

Yesterday I was sitting in traffic and felt the need to call a friend
of mine. I had not spoken to him for a while. He is a man of God, older
than myself. When I began to talk to him and ask him what I was to
pray, he said that he and his wife had their identity stolen a few days
ago and had lost thousands of dollars (Like over 8K) all ready. I felt
like I was to pray for him right there that the perpetrators would be
caught and peace would be restored. Needless to say, I prayed for him
and still am. My heart breaks for the stress this incident has caused
him and his wife.

Ironically, I had contacted him a month ago about this program. He did
not sign up.

It appears the theft may have stemmed from his cell phone provider, but
now it crosses the continent, involving credit card companies. etc. As
I said last week, the dilemma is not that it only happens with credit
cards. This appears to have stemmed from a major cell phone provider.
And the result of this is not just money. It is time, peace and
security that can be removed. My friend has already devoted days to the
recovery his identity. He and his wife will need to get new driver's
licenses, change their insurance, get new social security cards, new
passports, etc.

Any time you use your credit card and it is given to someone
(Restaurant for example.) or you give your driver's license or SS
number your identity is on the line. If you had been a veteran 2 years
ago, your identity went with the stolen computer. Big card
company-stolen computer with 30,000 names and identities. Tina and I
have been here. 2 years ago I received a call from LA, that I was being
subpoenaed to LA because someone was masquerading as me. There is no
reimbursement for a trip like that. (Fortunately, I got out of it as
they had 14 other witnesses.)

When I say this is one(Identity Theft Shield) of the best products I
have ever sold in my life, I meant it. Had my friend had this product,
he could have made one phone call. And unlike the service credit card
companies use which only "stop" what is going on but do not restore it,
our service is a restoration service. They do it all. This product is

Hi folks:

This update is to congratulate you on the fine job you have been
doing. Many of you have successfully gathered your list of 100 names
or more and are working on them. And if you haven' perhaps the
information below will help. I want to take a minute and let you know
about some things.

1-Service. This service is incredible. Even if someone has an
attorney, most will not send in every contract they sign and this
service is free with us. How many of you know a single mom who needs
to collect child support? And for $26 per month, you can not beat it.
Ask your friends to help you.

2-Training. It is clear to all of us, that we need to have training.
Many of you have plugged into the training on line. If you have not,
please go in and sign into your website and begin the video training.
This class is free. Go to the www.prepaidlegal.com site and sign in as
an associate. Also, please check your associate mail. And so we are
going to start a one hour training class. I will be letting you know
about it. I think it works best if we have it in the morning once a
week. I will work on this.

3-Opens. These meetings will be an evening meeting. You will be able
to bring your guests to these meetings. These meetings will go through
the program in it's entirety. We will work n these as well.

<bold>The subject of money. </bold>

Someone asked me the other day if they could make $1,000 per week.
Another asked me if they could stay flexible.

Most of you know that when you sell a Pre-Paid Legal Account coupled
with a Identity Theft Membership you can receive up to $172 as a
manager in an advance. Where else can you collect $40 for the sale and
get a check for $172? A manager is someone who either sells 5

I just want to say that right now one of our associates is nearly a
manager. It is my goal to make each one of you a manager in 45 days.

CFT bonus of $311 if those 3 associates have double

double memberships does not help you.). That is a bonus most of you
were not aware of. There are many other bonuses to be made and we can

Hi folks:

Many thanks to the most recent of you in signing up both as part of
our business and as clients. Part of the other good news is Tina's
involvement in the business. As many of you know she wants to be on
her own in 4.5 years. She will be working a lot with the back office,
women in the group and soon presenting at meetings and training.

This past Friday I was awake at 1AM to prepare for a trip to take two
classes in Connecticut. I attended a meeting that opened my eyes to
the potential of this business. I had to be in Connecticut to take 13
hours worth of class. Some of the results of that meeting are that I
became certified as a Group Specialist (For selling group programs to
businesses.) and a Small Business Specialist (Meaning i am now
qualified to offer small business programs anywhere in the USA and
Canada. I am presently working on my Certified Identity Theft Risk
Management Specialist. Part of my training is the result of the
passing of a law.

First and foremost is the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act
(FACTA). Most business owners(Including ministries, municipalities,
private and public schools and colleges, no-profits and for profit)
today don’t even know what FACTA is. However, all business owners,
whether Fortune 500 companies or a family that employs a Nanny, are
responsible for the proper destruction of information they hold on
employees and customers before discarding. Businesses are responsible
for negligently compromising information whether it be by not
shredding sensitive data they have disposed of or giving too easy
access to third parties. All business owners also have to be sensitive
to key loggers and other access to information via flash drives, etc.
They must understand the possibility of the disgruntled employee
selling information and now leaving the company liable for the
aftermath that results to that victim(s) whose information was
compromised from a company database.

New FACTA ACT

FACTA is the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, which was
signed into law on December 4, 2003 and amends the Fair Credit
Reporting Act (FCRA). The goal of FACTA is to prevent consumer fraud
and identity theft created by improper use of personal information and
data, including, social security number, address, credit history, and
employment history.

On June 1, 2005, the disposal provision of FACTA goes into effect.
Pursuant to this provision, any person or organization that possesses
consumer information, for whatever purpose, must implement reasonable
procedures to protect against unauthorized access to any such
information.

This disposal provision targets all people who possess others'
personal information, including businesses. Whether your business
employs one worker or one million workers, FACTA requires that all
paper or computer discs containing this information be destroyed.

The FTC recommends shredding to comply with FACTA legislation.

How big is identity theft? Fox News has dedicated a whole site to it.

Do you know a business? Can you think of people affected by this law
change? Please let us know.

And because of this law change we do not have enough people to service
these accounts quickly. If you know people that are hard workers,

Hi folks:

If you are receiving this it is because you are already in my group or
know a lot about it. I want to thank those of you who helped to make
us a manager. It is greatly appreciated by Tina and I. Every
membership is precious to us. We are on our way to becoming director
and have many of you to thank for it. After the last year, this looks
like a tremendous blessing coming our way. Your prayers and support
have been awesome.

I have sold a lot of things over the years and a lot of it had no

Teams Leaders. Review Stan Livesay. He is 3 up from me and I spoke to
him the other day. He is a great guy and wants to help you. My
Director is a friend of mine who's name is Al Licata and lives in
Maine. He is a great guy. Made director in 40 days. He is 59 years
old. So excited about this business, he is selling his other 2
businesses to work more with this.

Your associate website. Check out all the tools and exciting things
that are happening. And go the PPL Momentum site and listen to the
message for pastors or bypass it and visit our site listed at the
bottom of the page. One of the tools you can use is your web banners.
If you have existing sites, these are pre-approved banners that link
to your Pre-Paid Legal Site. You also need to review your site daily
for company generated leads. These need to be responded to in 24 hours.

Group sales-Here is the big money. All it takes is one person(Perhaps
you) getting into businesses that need to be compliant with new ID
Theft laws and you are on your way to seriously big money. This is a
no brainer. Every company has to be compliant. They need you. There is
a class in Burlington I will be attending. Any takers?

5 year plan-We are approaching this as a five year plan. If we can
zoom in to $20,000 a year in sales through our organization each year,
in 5 years that will be a permanent $100,000 a year. We would like to
